GMA Films lines up three more big movies this year
Tatlo pa ang gagawing pelikula ng GMA Films this year, although hindi lahat maipapalabas ngayong taon na ito.
Last week of promotion na ang second movie ng GMA Films for 2007, ang Ouija, na co-production with Viva Films, starring Judy Ann Santos, Jolina Magdangal, Rhian Ramos, and Iza Calzado, and directed by Topel Lee.
Sa presscon ng Ouija last July 12, kinumpirma sa PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) nina Joey Abacan at Noel Ferrer ng GMA Films na magkakasunod na sisimulan ang tatlo pang projects na nakalinya nang gawin ng film arm ng GMA-7 after Ouija.
The first is the Sharon Cuneta-Robin Padilla reunion movie to be co-produced with Viva Films. This is to be written and directed by Joey Reyes.
Ang ikawala ay ang second horror film ng GMA Films, starring Richard Gutierrez and Dingdong Dantes, to be directed by Chito Roño naman. Malamang na i-co-produce ito with Regal Films dahil Richard is a Regal- contract artist.
Ang ikatlo ay ang first movie together as a love team nina Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid to be written by Ned Trespeces (writer of Jologs) at ididirek ni Dominic Zapata. Comedy-drama raw ito at mas may kumpleto na itong cast dahil early this year pa lang, nakaplano na itong gawin. Makakasama nila rito sina Jaya, Wendell Ramos, and Lovi Poe.
Among the three movies, baka ang Richard Gutierrez-Dingdong Dantes movie lang ang maipalabas this year.
