MORE than a hundred thea-ters magbubukas today ang The Promise ng Regal Films and GMA Films.

Just like the last movie of GMA Films, ang Till I Met You nina Regine Velasquez and Robin Padilla, maraming theater owners ang humihi-ngi ng Valentine movie nina Richard Gutierrez and Angel Locsin so hanggang sa premiere of the movie last Friday, hindi pa alam ang final tally kung ilang theaters magbubukas ang pelikula today, so nagpaka-safe na lang kami to write more than a hundred theaters.

Kahapon lang din pina- grade sa Cinema Evaluation Board ang pelikulang dinirehe ni Mike Tuviera, his 3rd after Txt and LRT 2 episode sa Shake Rattle & Roll 8, so hindi na namin ito mahahabol dito.

But then with Marissa Floreindo’s sweeping photography, Raquel Villavicencio’s tried and tested script, and the acting of the four including TJ Trinidad and Rhian Ramos, siguro naman makaka-score ang movie kahit B.
